JFK Tunnel Signage Project Brought to Life by Diversified Media Group


 

 
    KENILWORTH, N.J., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversified Media Group
(DMG), a pre-eminent network management and systems engineering company for
digital signage networks, led the design and implementation of a major
branding initiative at John F Kennedy International Airport. DMG was
contracted by JCDecaux North America, a world leader in out-of-home media
advertising, to engineer, integrate and manage a state-of-the-art digital
signage showcase at Terminal 9, American Airlines' newest and largest hub.
   
 This one-of-a-kind installation includes forty 70" HD1080P LCD screens
which are clustered in eight arrays of five displays for an incomparable
video experience. Each screen can be addressed individually or content can
be synchronized across some or all of the 40 displays. DMG chose C-Nario
software as the digital signage package to coordinate and audit playback.
These monitors dominate each side of the connecting tunnel from American
Airline gates to ticketing and baggage claim, engrossing travelers with a
high-impact, digital experience.
    
DMG provided full system development, implementation and support
services to JCDecauxNA and their sponsor Microsoft on the creative launch
of their new Vista Operating System. DMG evaluated and recommended all the
software and hardware solutions, integrated all hardware components and
managed the project installation. Ongoing work includes 24/7 diagnostic
monitoring and content management support.
