Why The Digital Signage Show? "By adding The Digital Signage
Show to Self Service Expo, the organizers have made it easy for attendees to see
both technologies in one place. The key for us is meeting with qualified buyers,
and we are confident that will continue with the formal launch of The Digital
Signage Show in Las Vegas. Once again KioskCom Self Service Expo delivered a
high quality audience, and we came away with many significant new business
opportunities for digital signage in addition to our existing kiosk solutions.
We couldn't be happier to be a Platinum Sponsor of both the KioskCom Self
Service Expo & The Digital Signage Show." V. Miller Newton,
CEO, Netkey

Delivering Pervasive Interaction with Advanced Selling Technologies
Traditional in-store applications such as Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory management, and replenishment systems help ensure product availability and transaction efficiency, but
retailers need to complement these investments with customer- and employee-facing advanced selling technologies.
Rob Garf, Vice President, Retail Strategies, AMR Research

Engaging Customers through Digital
Technologies
Like many self-service deployments, Harrah's has initiated a variety of projects to streamline efficiency and manage labor costs, but they have also been very focused on using self service as a
major improvement in their customer service efforts.

KioskCom Self Service Expo/The Digital Signage Show Audience Qualification Policy
- All attendees must be pre-approved by show management.
- All applicants will be reviewed by an executive committee for the KioskCom Self Service Expo and The Digital Signage
Show. Qualified merchant deployers will be granted complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Passes (valid for keynotes,
awards presentation, Tech Talks and exhibit hall access both days, as well as opening and closing receptions)
- Qualification criteria will be determined by the executive committee for the KioskCom Self Service Expo and The
Digital Signage Show, and may be based on the applicant's ability to demonstrate they are from a buying merchant
deployer, and are not from a non-exhibiting supplier/service provider company. Applicants may be asked to clearly
demonstrate that they are buyers, influencers or key decision makers - those people who are directly involved in the
decision making and funding process of the digital signage/self-service project – from merchant deployer organizations
(such as hospitals, retailers, travel & transit, hospitality, etc).
- Suppliers, vendors, consultants and analysts are welcome to participate as exhibitors, sponsors or paid attendees
at The KioskCom Self Service Expo and The Digital Signage Show, but will not receive complimentary exhibit hall
passes from show management.
How do I know if I am a "Qualified Merchant Deployer?"
If you answer yes to both of these questions, you should qualify as a Merchant Deployer:
- Are you a professional in an industry such as retail, financial services, food service, travel, hospitality, government,
healthcare, etc.?
- Does your company purchase self-service technology equipment (hardware, software, enclosures, digital signage,
etc.) for deployment on behalf of your brand?
You are not considered a qualified merchant deployer if:
- Your company is a vendor of self-service and/or digital signage technology. This includes the manufacture and sale
of any components used in a deployment.
- Your company is a service provider that purchases equipment, but on behalf of your clients.
- You are an industry consultant or analyst
-
If you are a
