The software arrived in a neat little zipped-up package. The paperwork came with numbered and bulleted directions with a step by step guide.
2) Level of understanding of product directions and installation.
Installation of the supplied software was very fast and flawless. It took us under 1 minute to have the software installed and running in our test environment.
3) Ease of use for set-up and overall performance.
The directions were very concise and a very easy, typical installation of a typical software download process. The directions came with a visual graphic that mapped out how the Dynasign solution actually works on the Internet. 4) Speed if software/ scheduler and ease of help files.
For our demo purposes the extra files that needed to be downloaded into the player took a few moments to load, but given the size it was quite acceptable. Let's face it. If you are still on a phone line by now, you're in the wrong business here. 5) Accuracy of spec sheet or PDF files.
All documentation included with our software was accurate and complete.
6) Appearance after install is completed and running. Dynasign's interface and graphics are easy to understand and graphically pleasing to the end-user eye. This is a low cost solution because no server hardware is needed and you can be in total control from your office, home or anywhere that you have an internet connection and also supports wired, wireless and even a 3G mobile network.
